Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of high-performance React-based applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and DevOps.

Architect scalable and maintainable front-end solutions.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.

Drive technical best practices, code reviews, and mentoring for junior developers.

Integrate front-end components with MongoDB-based backends.

Lead the deployment of applications on AWS and ensure performance, security, and scalability.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and incorporate them into development processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

8–12 years of overall experience in software development.

Minimum 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in and related front-end technologies (Redux, TypeScript, Hooks, etc.).

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Experience working with MongoDB for data modeling and integration.

Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern API integration techniques.

Proven experience with AWS services for application deployment (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with or other modern front-end frameworks.

Knowledge of containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Previous experience leading or mentoring a team of developers.
