About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven UPVC Sales Manager with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UPVC products, strong market connections, and the ability to lead sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the UPVC segment.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and dealers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Drive brand visibility and participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of minimum 5–7 years in UPVC or building materials sales.
- Strong business network with architects, developers, and dealers.
- Dynamic personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Knowledge of the UPVC product range, market dynamics, and sales cycle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
