Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager, located in Rudrapur. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth supply chain management, and managing the efficiency of logistics and mobility services. This role involves streamlining operations, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing overall client satisfaction. The Deputy Manager will also play a key role in driving digitalization initiatives and continuous improvement strategies within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, and Operations Management skills
  • Experience in coordinating multi-modal and last-mile delivery solutions
  • Budget Management and Financial Planning skills
  • Ability to develop and implement continuous improvement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for supply chain and logistics management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
