About the Role

We are seeking a confident, dynamic, and results-driven Associate Sales Consultant to join the fast-paced and growing team at PolicyBazaar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, understanding their business needs, and converting them into successful sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities


• Contact and qualify leads to assess their business needs and challenges.


• Conduct detailed needs assessments to identify key decision-makers and influencers.


• Effectively articulate product and service features to prospective customers.


• Close sales by offering tailored solutions aligned with customer requirements.


• Consistently achieve and exceed productivity and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Graduate in any discipline.


• 0–5 years of experience in sales/customer acquisition (preferably in the insurance or financial services domain).


• Proficiency in both Hindi and English (verbal and written).


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.


• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or related tools.


• Self-driven and proactive with a strong work ethic.


• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation


• Salary Range: ₹3.00 LPA – ₹4.00 LPA (based on experience, skills, and interview performance).
