Job Description

Below is the Job Description for PHE / FF Draftsman :

Knowledge of AutoCAD 2021, Revit, and other services knowledge of infra coordination

  • Preparation of Basement surface drain & sub-soil drain.
  • Designing of External sewage & Storm water drainage system.
  • Preparation of water supply schematic, drainage schematic
  • Underground water tank and Overhead water tank plan and sections with sleeve details
  • Co-ordination in drawings of engineering services
  • To draw and prepare Wall elevation, Sections of Plumbing
  • Quantity take-off sheet for Firefighting, and plumbing,.
  • Design and drafting, calculation of water balance sheet, water tank sizing
  • Tender drawing preparation, List of drawings, typical detail drawings
  • Drain sections, SWD section, site sections wrt MEP
  • Piping & Equipment layout and material specification
  • Design of all Fire Fighting systems (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire Extinguisher,
  • pumps, Hose reel, water monitor) with all Standards & Norms.
  • Pump room layout 
  • Rainwater harvesting (RWH) Layout Drawing.
  • Basic knowledge of STP, ETP
  • Knowledge of Commercial, Industrial, Hostel & Educational institute projects 
Qualifications

B tech in Mechanical Engineering.
