Back Office Assistant

- Emailing
- Handle data entry, documentation and other office work
- Good Communication Skill
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry, documentation, and record management
- Maintain and update company databases and spreadsheets
- Prepare reports using MS Excel (basic & advanced formulas)
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and internal documents
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow
- Manage emails, phone calls, and official communication
- Support the team in daily administrative and back-office tasks
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and office equipment
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience in back-office or administrative work is an advantage
