Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Officer based in North Delhi. The Junior Officer will be responsible for assisting with financial operations, processing loan applications, maintaining records, and building strong customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, resolving customer inquiries, and contributing to the success of the branch by achieving individual and team targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with financial transactions, loan application processing, and record-keeping
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) operations
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a financial institution or similar role will be an advantage
