About the Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (Listings Optimization) to improve the ranking and visibility of Thrillark's listings across Travel Discovery platforms. The role focuses on optimising on-page content and pricing to enhance organic placements, discoverability, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimise on-page elements: titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and metadata to improve ranking
  • Analyse listing performance and identify gaps affecting visibility or placement
  • Monitor competitor pricing and update Thrillark pricing to stay competitive and aligned with ranking factors
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across all experiences
  • Evaluate the impact of content and pricing changes on overall visibility and performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Supply, and Operations teams to implement optimisation changes
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all listings
  • Prepare periodic performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content optimisation, marketplace operations, or pricing analysis
  • Strong understanding of on-page optimisation and how platform discovery/ranking systems work
  • Good analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights
  • Experience with pricing updates, competitor benchmarking, or catalog operations
  • High attention to detail and excellent written English
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
  • Experience in e-commerce, OTA platforms, or travel marketplaces is an advantage
  • Strong ownership, accountability, and ability to manage large volumes of listings efficiently
