About the Role:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our product and growth teams in identifying marketing gaps and optimising Thrillark's listings for better ranking, visibility, and overall performance. This role involves analysing data, identifying patterns, and generating actionable insights that directly contribute to improving the platform's marketing and discovery outcomes.

This position is open to freshers who are eager to learn, explore, and grow within a fast-paced travel-tech environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Collect and organise performance data for product listings
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve visibility across marketing and discovery channels
  • Analyse basic trends and provide recommendations for optimisation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to support and track improvements
  • Assist in preparing simple reports to communicate performance insights
