  • Customer Billing:
  • Generate accurate bills/invoices for customers at the point of sale.
  • Ensure correct prices, discounts, offers, and taxes are applied.
  • Handle various payment modes (cash, card, UPI, wallets, gift cards, etc.).
  • Cash Handling:
  • Receive payments and provide correct change.
  • Reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of the shift.
  • Maintain a cash register and report any discrepancies.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Greet and assist customers during billing.
  • Handle billing queries or complaints professionally.
  • Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude.
  • System and Records Management:
  • Operate tally systems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate sales and billing records.
  • Ensure all receipts and transaction records are properly stored.
  • Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the sales team to verify prices and promotions.
  • Inform stock/sales team about customer concerns or issues.
  • Compliance:
  • Follow store policies, billing procedures, and audit requirements.
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at the billing counter.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+2 or equivalent; diploma/degree in commerce or retail preferred.
  • Prior experience in billing/cashier role, preferably in retail.
  • Familiarity with tally software.
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
