We're Hiring –
MIS Manager
(Indore, MP Candidates Only)

Amipi Inc is looking for an experienced MIS Manager to join our team in 
Indore (Vijay Nagar location)
. This is a night shift role (USA – NY Time Zone, 5 days working).

Job Description

  • Advanced Excel expertise is mandatory.
  • Strong hands-on experience in 
    MIS Reporting
     with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data, build dashboards, and detect/report issues in data collection.
  • Daily Excel-based reporting, including developing 
    VBA Macros, pivot tables, charts, and automated reports
    .
  • Experience in MIS/Dashboard creation in data-intensive environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple analytics/reporting projects simultaneously.
  • Work on unstructured data sets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Collaborate with 
    multiple departments
     (Finance, Operations, Sales, HR, etc.) to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support decision-making.
  • Lead and mentor a small team
    , ensuring timely completion of reports and knowledge-sharing across members.

Key Competencies

  • Strong skills in Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • SAP, Tableau, Power BI, or Zoho experience is an added advantage.
  • Good business understanding, especially in the 
    Luxury Goods Industry
    .
  • Strong team management and leadership qualities.
  • Proven ability to work across 
    multi-department environments
     and provide accurate, data-driven support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Experience & Education

  • Minimum 
    3 years of experience
     in MIS, Data Analysis, or related fields.
  • Prior exposure to BI/Reporting roles is highly desirable.
  • Experience in 
    team handling or supervising roles
     preferred.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
