About the Role

This is not your typical corporate job.

As a 
Corporate Junior Associate
, you'll work directly with 
Krish Velkar
 — director and operator across multiple businesses — to build a 
multi-industry think tank
.

From scaling consumer brands like 
Mr. Chow's
, to modernizing legacy operations like 
Velkar Auto Services
, to launching new verticals in 
consulting
 and 
food courts
, this role puts you in the room where decisions happen.

You'll be part analyst, part operator, part builder. Some days will be about financial models. Others will be about market research, operations, and launching something from scratch.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be embedded in a small, high-agency team led by 
Krish Velkar
, working across:

• Mr. Chow's
   – A fast-growing Chainese
  food delivery brand
   with 8 locations across 
  Maharashtra
   (Pune, Nagpur, Thane, Andheri, and more), now expanding into new verticals beyond delivery.
• Velkar Auto Services
   – A legacy petrolium
  services
   business with untapped growth potential — ready to be made sharper, faster, and more modern.
• Business Consulting
   
  (in development)
   – A new advisory arm to help traditional businesses grow — from strategy to systems to scale.
• Food Court Operations
   
  (in progress)
   – A bold multi-brand F&B concept in the early stages of design and execution.

This is a 
founder's office-style role
 — direct exposure, no fluff, real problems.

What You'll Do

• Work on cross-functional projects in strategy, ops, and finance
• Analyze numbers, systems, and market dynamics to surface clear business insights
• Support early-stage initiatives from scratch — including business consulting and food court ops
• Make existing businesses better — smarter, leaner, and more scalable
• Work directly with 
  Krish Velkar
   on key decisions and execution
• Be a generalist who thinks deeply, acts fast, and learns by doing
