· Preparing Contractor bills, Work-orders, Amendments, BBS & Quantity surveying.

· Preparing Contractor bills, BBS & Quantity surveying.

· Ensuring bills and payments are as per Work order clause

Evaluation and Reconciliation of bill item quantities against actual quantities

· Bills tracking and monitoring.

· Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items.

· Estimation of quantities for Civil, Finishing and Plumbing works for Residential building for material indent.

· Preparation of monthly material reconciliation statements.

· Project quantities working out from tender drawings.

· Project BOQ preparation for sub-contractors.

· Rate analysis for project activities.

· Preparation of project schedule & tracking the same.

· Project PSE working.
