Aurah Design Studio
is looking for an
Senior Designer/ Architect
with an innate passion for interior design, with 3 to 4 years of experience in Interior and architectural design, to join our team. This is an immediate requirement for a full-time role based out of our Kakkanad office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating unique and functional layout plans and 3D models of residential, commercial and retail projects
  • Preparing concept designs, moodboards, realistic 3D renders, design presentations, etc.
  • Drafting working drawings, electrical and plumbing drawings, etc. with attention to detail
  • Completion of works in a time-bound manner and ability to meet deadlines without fail
  • Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Guide, coordinate, and oversee the works of junior and associate designers
  • Experience with client interaction and management

  • Originality and creativity in each aspect of work
  • In-depth knowledge of interior design and architecture
  • Attention to detail
  • A good team player with dedication and commitment to the work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and team members

B.Des, B.Plan or B.Tech or anyone with an innate passion for interior design and architecture with the relevant years of experience

Software Skills:
proficiency in design and drafting software such as Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and rendering software such as VRay, Lumion, etc.

Language Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English & Malayalam and conversational Hindi

Qualities:
A hardworking, committed, dedicated, innovative, and creative individual with a willingness to learn, who is a good team player
