Key Responsibilities

Room Cleaning

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare guest rooms as per hotel standards and SOPs.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all room equipment is functional.
• Conduct deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when assigned.

Public Area Upkeep

• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, lift lobbies, and public areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning of restrooms and high-touch surfaces.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.

Guest Interaction

• Greet guests politely and assist with any room-related requests.
• Deliver additional amenities or supplies requested by guests.
• Handle guest complaints courteously and inform the supervisor for follow-up.

Operational Duties

• Replenish housekeeping trolleys with linen, guest supplies, and cleaning chemicals.
• Ensure proper usage and handling of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Follow lost & found procedures strictly.
• Maintain accurate room status and report to the front office.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow housekeeping SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene standards (HACCP & COVID protocols if applicable).
• Wear proper PPE and maintain grooming standards.
• Adhere to waste management and sustainability practices of the hotel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
