About the Role:

The Reel Factory is looking for a creative SEO Analyst who also has strong skills in reels/content creation for video production.

This hybrid role involves optimizing online visibility, planning SEO-friendly content, and creating engaging reels that match our brand's visual style.

Key Responsibilities: SEO Responsibilities (Primary)

  • Perform keyword research and identify SEO opportunities.
  • Optimize website pages with SEO-friendly content, meta titles, and descriptions.
  • Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance analytics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and find improvement areas.
  • Optimize YouTube videos with proper tags, titles, and descriptions.
  • Coordinate with content and web teams to implement SEO strategies.
  • Track monthly SEO performance and prepare reports.

Reels & Content Creation Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create trending reels for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Work with video editors and cinematographers to visualize shot ideas.
  • Write short scripts, hooks, captions, and creative ideas for social content.
  • Ensure reels follow brand tone, style, and marketing goals.
  • Research trends and generate ideas that increase engagement.
  • Assist in planning shoot ideas for quick and engaging video content.

Coordination & Team Support

  • Work closely with video editors, designers, and marketing team.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO + social reach.
  • Maintain weekly/monthly content calendars.

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of SEO basics & tools (Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ubersuggest).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & trending formats.
  • Basic video editing knowledge (optional but preferred).
  • Ability to think creatively and visually.
  • Good writing skills for hooks, captions, and scripts.
  • Understanding of keywords, meta tags, and SEO writing.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Visual Communication, Media, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in SEO / Content / Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in a media or video production company is a plus.
