Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic STEM/Robotics Trainer to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of robotics and education. The job location is in Bhusawal , Chalisgaon and Buldhana. As a Junior-level role, the selected candidate will focus on delivering quality training in various aspects of robotics and STEM education.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in programming (Mandatory skill)
  • Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts applicable to robotics
  • Experience with sensor integration for robotic applications
  • Knowledge of Python programming language and its application in robotics
  • Understanding of fundamental and advanced concepts in robotics
  • Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages
  • Passion for STEM education and the promotion of STEM careers to younger students
  • Prior experience as a computer teacher or a similar training role in an educational setting

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver detailed lesson plans and instructional materials for robotics and STEM courses
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate students on basic and advanced robotics
  • Integrate AI and sensor technologies into practical learning experiences for students
  • Collaborate with school staff to assess and enhance the robotics curriculum
  • Provide hands-on training and troubleshooting assistance during robotics projects and competitions
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in robotics and STEM education to continuously improve training methods
  • Mentor and guide students in the pursuit of STEM-related activities and careers
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment conducive to student growth and development
