Job Description: Business Development Executive (Travel Industry)

Location: Mansarovar & Jagatpura, Jaipur

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: No bar for the right candidate (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the travel and tourism sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and corporate customers.
  • Promote company travel packages, services, and customized itineraries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.
  • Handle client queries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at travel events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development/sales within the travel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of travel products, itineraries, destinations, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
