We are seeking a highly creative and strategically-minded Concept Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for developing innovative concepts and translating them into compelling digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of artistic vision, storytelling prowess, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Concept Creation & Content Development

  • Ideation & Conceptualization: Lead the brainstorming and development of fresh, original concepts and creative ideas for various marketing initiatives, products, or campaigns.
  • Visual Storytelling: Translate abstract ideas into tangible visual and narrative concepts, including mood boards, storyboards, sketches, and detailed design briefs.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies across diverse digital platforms (e.g., social media, blogs, websites, email, video, infographics) that align with brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Multimedia Content Production: Create, edit, and optimize engaging multimedia content, ensuring high quality and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and audience preferences to continually innovate content approaches and maintain relevance.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution across channels such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engine visibility, and implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies, create compelling social media content, and foster community engagement across relevant platforms.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Identify trends and insights from data to continuously optimize campaign performance, improve ROI, and enhance user experience.
  • Paid Media: Assist with the planning, setup, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to achieve specific marketing objectives.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Concept Creator, Digital Marketer, Content Creator, or similar integrated role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative concepts and successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in creating various forms of multimedia content.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, CMS like WordPress, email marketing software, social media management tools).
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and platforms (e.g., AI in content creation, new social media channels).
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
