Role: AM/DM Retail Excellence
Location : Gurgaon/Noida
Role Overview:
She/he will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and management of loyalty and
engagement initiatives targeted for channel partners and influencers with the coordination of Internal and
external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee complete execution of loyalty programs, including strategy development and process
governance.
2. Assist in designing and running campaigns, communications, and initiatives to build brand
preference and drive loyalty.
3. Curate reward catalogue, negotiate with vendors, and ensure smooth redemption operations with
timely delivery.
4. Track key metrics, conduct research, and leverage analytics to measure and optimize program
performance.
5. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, procurement etc.) for seamless execution of loyalty
initiatives.
6. Build and manage partnerships with external vendors to enhance program quality, member
experience, and compliance.
Skills:
1. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI.
2. Excellent stakeholder management, Negotiation skills, collaboration, and cross-functional
coordination skills.
3. Strong analytical skills and decision-making
4. Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation, and digital communication channels.
Requirements:
5. Educational Qualifications: MBA/PGDM from reputed institute.
6. Minimum Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in managing Loyalty program/Customer
Relationship Management/Program Management.
7. He/she should have worked with Manufacturing Brands to run loyalty programs.
8. Working knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
