- Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Sales Executive , The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads , building strong relationships with travel agents and corporate clients, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and maintain regular communication with travel agents, corporate clients, to generate business leads.
- Promote hotel rooms, packages, and services to potential clients and partners.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings, property tours, and presentations to convert leads into bookings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations and reservations team to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities in the tracking system.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel agency, or hospitality
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of the travel trade, market, and local hospitality trends.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and property visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Career growth opportunities in a growing real brand.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
