Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site position for a
    Travel Consultant
    based in Delhi.
  • The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing bookings, issuing confirmations, and maintaining all related documentation.
  • The role involves direct interaction with clients to understand their travel preferences, close coordination with the Senior Manager, and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.
  • A strong emphasis on delivering high-quality and personalized travel experiences is essential to this position.

Qualifications

  • Min 2 yrs experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Arrangements, and Travel Management
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and handling reservations effectively
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and deliver under deadlines
  • Familiarity with travel booking software and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
