About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Society Manager cum Administrator

to manage an elite residential society spread across approximately 100 acres. The

ideal candidate should have strong administrative, coordination, and people

management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the society.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Coordinate with society members, vendors, and service agencies
  • Attend to member queries, calls, and office visits
  • Resolve society-related issues promptly and efficiently
  • Oversee Club House, Security, and Facility Management
  • Manage tree trimming permissions and related activities
  • Organize quarterly newsletters, GB meetings & Monthly MC Meetings.
  • Liaise with government and local departments
  • Evaluate and onboard new agencies and vendors
  • Manage society elections and related processes
  • Support the Accounts Department in daily operations
  • Oversee AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management
