Business Development Intern

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented Business Development Intern to join our real estate team. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end transaction experience.

Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads, explain project details, and identify client needs.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate deals to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to convert campaign-generated leads.
  • Maintain sales reports, track performance, and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and project inventory.
  • Assist in team coordination, training, and strategy execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven with a passion for customer service and relationship building.
