Role: Instrumentation Engineer

Job Location: Mundra Gujarat

*Please Note: We are looking for Immediate Joiners who can join within 10-12 days

Critical Competencies:

  • Understanding of P&ID, Cable tray routing, Cable schedule/JB/ Panel location drawings, Hook-up drawing etc.
  • Knowledge of Instrumentation & Electrical items and work activity.

. Electrical work - illumination, cable trays, cabling, LT Panel installation, testing, motor no oad trials etc.

  • Erection experience with consultants / customer in steel / cement / power and PSU industries. Knowledge of Safe working practices in construction sites.

  • Contractor handling capabilities.

. Communication & presentation skills, computer literacy, Cross-functional collaboration skills

Role & Responsibility:

Ensure all safety precautions, norms and compliances are followed during the entire duration.

Material checking, preparation of IMIR documents, highlights the deviation with respect to drawings through SAR, inspection, execution of cable tray activity, field instrument installation, air / impulse pipe / tube work, earthing work, local JB / Panels etc.

Attend meeting with customer, consultant, co-ordination with HO & contractor.

Ensure site establishment requirements, check & verify skill labours engagement by construction vendor, resources, projects material availability for site execution, maintain planned schedule.

Supervision, Execution of Field Instrument Calibration, testing, Installation, pre-commissioning, quality checks of E&I work at sites.

Expediate work progress, ensure timely delivery as per Projects schedule.

Preparation of QAP / ITP / Erection Work Procedures / Calibration Procedures / Electrical Equipment testing procedure / Activity schedule / Protocols etc. for E&I jobs.

Preparation of Job Safety Analysis for critical Jobs., Safe lifting process etc. co-ordination with team members.

Ensure all Safety procedures, compliances followed strictly at site.
