Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our Strategy team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior management on critical projects impacting business growth, strategic partnerships, and organizational decision-making. This role requires strong financial acumen, research capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, merit-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research across the real estate, finance, and technology sectors to support business strategy.
  • Perform market, customer, and industry analysis to drive strategy formulation and partnership development.
  • Provide timely financial and business analysis to support strategic decisions across departments.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports based on company performance metrics and market data.
  • Assist in developing financial models and supporting business partnerships within the housing finance domain.
  • Apply a structured and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or Management from a Tier-1 / premier institution.
  • 2–4 years of experience in start-up, research, consulting, or strategy roles (exposure to Banks/NBFCs preferred).
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets accurately.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes within tight timelines.
