Server Administrator

• Active Directory - Managing user accounts and groups. Basic AD hygiene and access control.
• Virtualization - Handling virtual servers under both Citrix XenServer/XenCenter 6.x and Hyper-V. Includes performance monitoring and resource allocation across VMs.
  • Managing space on VM server hard drives-clearing space when possible, provisioning additional space when needed (shutdown, expand, restart).
  • Monitoring CPU load on virtual server hosts and migrating VMs to hosts with more availability when necessary.
• IIS Web Server - configuring and maintaining IIS-hosted apps, keeping things stable and responsive.
• General Server Ops - keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Terminating Citrix sessions for published apps when needed.
  • Performing application updates on servers.

PrismHR is a fast-paced SaaS company which provides customers with a cloud-based payroll process software application. PrismHR also provides professional services including system implementation consulting, custom configurations, and training. Lastly, via the Company's Marketplace platform customers and end users access other human resources and employee benefits applications from PrismHR's Marketplace Partners.
