Job Description:

  • Performs an advanced level of system administration tasks across Microsoft Active Directory and Azure 365, Microsoft 365, Windows Server Administration, VMware, AWS
  • Support and manage Office/Microsoft 365 Environment; Support and manage Azure, Active Directory Environments; Support and manage advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Mobile Device Management Identity Management, and Data Governance, GPO policies.
  • Support Vulnerability Management efforts,
  • Support windows imaging process.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows PKI process
  • Work with end-users and vendors to support applications and environments.
  • Develops and evaluates options for infrastructure planning to support new applications, servers, devices, and technologies.
  • Maintains performance-monitoring systems such as intrusion detection, virus scanning applications.
  • Document configurations, installation, upgrade, backup/recovery, security and operating systems standards, and other required information.
  • Utilize best practices regarding system monitoring, change control, and service level agreements, and assist in the creation of the company's infrastructure policies and standards.
  • Maintain relevant technical skills to support current technologies, as well as a future technology roadmap.
  • Handle escalated End User Support tickets.
  • Training junior team members
  • Must be open to work in Open in 24*7 environment.
