Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong ability to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and support.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to deliver high-quality results.
- Prepare reports and presentations on account performance.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to achieve business targets.
- Handle client escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in finance, tally, GST, PF, ESIC etc.

Pay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
