**About Us**:
We are a leading construction company with a strong reputation for quality and excellence. We are seeking a detail-oriented **Accounts Executive** to join our team and support our financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping and Accounting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- **Project Cost Management**:

- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenses to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Prepare financial reports for ongoing construction projects.
- **Taxation and Compliance**:

- Assist in preparing and filing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure compliance with all local and national tax laws and financial regulations.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Provide financial summaries and reports to management for decision-making.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Manage vendor accounts, including invoicing and payments.
- **Audit Support**:

- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation.
- Address audit queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- **Banking and Reconciliation**:

- Manage bank transactions and perform regular bank reconciliations.
- Liaise with banks for financial operations, including fund transfers and loan management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Prior experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
