Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development within a recruitment consultancy.

Strong understanding of the hiring & staffing industry.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote setup.

Proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.

Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with B2B sales.
