Achieve sales targets and revenue growth by acquiring new clients.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to enhance business strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development within a recruitment consultancy.
Strong understanding of the hiring & staffing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a remote setup.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and comfortable with B2B sales.
