Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation Engineer Lead Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing, particularly with the Robot Framework and Python. This role involves leading automation projects, designing and implementing test strategies, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software products.

Responsibilities

Lead Automation Projects:

< >Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of automation projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.Test Strategy and Design: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans.Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Robot Framework and Python.Quality Assurance:

Qualifications

Required Skills:

< >Minimum of 10+ years of experience in automation testing.Proven experience with Robot Framework and Python.Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Technical Skills:Proficiency in Robot Framework and Python.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar.Knowledge of other automation tools and frameworks is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

Required Experience & Education: 

< >University degree in Computer Science or a related disciplineMinimum 9-11 years of work experience in software or web testingStrong desire to learnExperience in the healthcare or insurance industry.Certification in automation testing or related fields. 

Location & Hours of Work

< >Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate.Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.
