Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field.

  • Should have good judgement of talent and character.

  • Strong understanding of employment law, payroll, benefits and performance management.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with potential carbons, employees and management.

  • Terrific negotiation and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced and ever-changing market.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, and to organize their workload.

  • Open to adapt to changes in the HR field and to changes within the studio.

  • Must adhere to ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employees.
