Key Responsibilities:-
- Conduct telecalling and telesales to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Schedule and attend business meetings with potential customers and decision-makers
- Present and demonstrate products/services effectively to customers both online and in person
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions using in-depth knowledge of the product
- Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals to meet sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the management
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads consistently
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor analysis
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations and demos
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working under targets
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required
