Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Assistant to support our operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in basic Excel, accounting tasks, and Tally. This role involves managing data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation to ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Handle accounting tasks, including basic bookkeeping and Tally operations.
- Assist in documentation and ensure proper filing of records.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required.
- Support front-line teams by managing behind-the-scenes operations.
- Maintain workflow accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other administrative and support functions as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with Tally.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
