Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients across multiple industries.
  • Generate leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and build high-quality leads.

2. Sales Strategy & Deal Closures

  • Pitch digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Branding, etc.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service plans based on client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
  • Follow structured sales techniques to boost conversion rates.

3. Client Meetings & Communication

  • Schedule meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Conduct clear, persuasive, and impactful sales presentations.
  • Build trust-based relationships for long-term collaboration.

4. Client Coordination & Retention

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
  • Maintain strong retention by ensuring clients receive expected results.

5. Market Research & Performance Monitoring

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Suggest new strategies to improve lead generation and sales performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Confident, self-driven, and able to work with monthly targets.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
