We are looking for a confident, dynamic, and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills, excellent negotiation capabilities, and the ability to convert leads into successful long-term clients.
This role requires a proactive individual who can generate business, build relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients across multiple industries.
- Generate leads through online platforms, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and build high-quality leads.
2. Sales Strategy & Deal Closures
- Pitch digital marketing services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SMM, Branding, etc.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service plans based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Follow structured sales techniques to boost conversion rates.
3. Client Meetings & Communication
- Schedule meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Conduct clear, persuasive, and impactful sales presentations.
- Build trust-based relationships for long-term collaboration.
4. Client Coordination & Retention
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain strong retention by ensuring clients receive expected results.
5. Market Research & Performance Monitoring
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing best practices.
- Suggest new strategies to improve lead generation and sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
- Confident, self-driven, and able to work with monthly targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (preferred).
