Job Description:

  • Should have good knowledge towards on income tax and GST
  • Should have good knowledge in TDS return and reconciliation
  • Should good knowledge in Indian accounting standard and IFRS
  • Handling of Indian and International Payroll processing in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
  • Maintaining, Accounting, and updating in Tally/SAP
  • Ensuring compliance like PF, PT and TDS by following policies and procedures including
  • Preparation of Month end activities and MIS and tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances.
  • Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required
  • Conducting International Employee Reimbursement in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
  • Coordination with External auditor and other stake holder independently
  • Should have good knowledge on capitalization of assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with local revenue authority and government regulations. (e.g., statutory
  • Training & supervision of the team with delegated duties
  • Appraisal of the team against set KPIs (performed with HR / GM) with recommendations for further development.

Relevant Experience &Competencies-

  • Bachelor's in finance with 2-4 years of Experience
  • Having experience of Compliance's- TDS, GST, Company Law.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally ERP, MS Word
  • Having Proficient knowledge on accounting.
  • Excellent in excel operations.
  • Proficient in Tally operation.
