Job DescriptionJob Description:
- Should have good knowledge towards on income tax and GST
- Should have good knowledge in TDS return and reconciliation
- Should good knowledge in Indian accounting standard and IFRS
- Handling of Indian and International Payroll processing in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
- Maintaining, Accounting, and updating in Tally/SAP
- Ensuring compliance like PF, PT and TDS by following policies and procedures including
- Preparation of Month end activities and MIS and tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances.
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as required
- Conducting International Employee Reimbursement in an efficient, accurate & timely manner
- Coordination with External auditor and other stake holder independently
- Should have good knowledge on capitalization of assets.
- Ensuring compliance with local revenue authority and government regulations. (e.g., statutory
- Training & supervision of the team with delegated duties
- Appraisal of the team against set KPIs (performed with HR / GM) with recommendations for further development.
Relevant Experience &Competencies-
- Bachelor's in finance with 2-4 years of Experience
- Having experience of Compliance's- TDS, GST, Company Law.
- Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally ERP, MS Word
- Having Proficient knowledge on accounting.
- Excellent in excel operations.
- Proficient in Tally operation.
