Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated CRM Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves handling CRM tools, following up with leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities for spare parts and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare and share regular sales reports.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales/CRM (automotive or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (ERP/Zoho/Salesforce or similar).
- Target-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
