What You'll Do:

  • Guide students through applications, admissions, and course selection
  • Maintain active communication to ensure smooth onboarding and fee follow-ups
  • Handle daily tele-enquiries and walk-ins with professionalism and warmth
  • Record and manage student data, hostel bookings, and attendance
  • Support a vibrant student community through coordination and organization

What You Bring:

  • Graduate degree (any discipline)
  • 2–5 years of experience in front office / admissions / client coordination roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional communication, empathy, and multitasking skills
  • A mindset that values teamwork, structure, and continuous learning
