JD for Sales Coordinator:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors; maintain a professional and welcoming front-office presence.
- Coordinate directly with clients for queries, order updates, and post-sales support.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and sending proposals, quotations, and business correspondence.
- Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Support in organizing client meetings, demos, and internal coordination between departments.
- Follow up with clients for payments, project timelines, and document submissions.
- Track and manage the sales order process from initiation to closure.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and assist in performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Delivery) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle front-desk duties such as attending calls, managing inquiries, and facilitating client visits.
- Assist in coordinating marketing activities, events, and client communication campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, or front-office management (preferably in IT or service-based organizations).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
