Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Landscape Architect with 03 years of experience to join our design team. The role involves assisting in the preparation of conceptual and detailed landscape designs, drawings, and presentations, as well as coordinating with consultants and site teams to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in working conceptual and schematic landscape designs.

    • Prepare detailed drawings, including layout plans, materials plan, and hardscape details.

    • Support the senior team in design presentations, 3D visualizations, and graphic documentation.

    • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to integrate landscape design.

    • Conduct site visits to support supervision and ensure design intent is maintained.

    • Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and specifications for landscape works.

    • Maintain project files and ensure adherence to design and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

    • Basic understanding of softscape and hardscape design principles.

    • Knowledge of plant materials, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscape practices.

    • Strong visualization and presentation skills.

    • Good attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institution.

    • 0–3 years of experience in landscape design and documentation (internship experience will be considered).

    • Familiarity with large-scale residential, institutional, or commercial projects is an advantage
