Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Landscape Architect with 35 years of experience to join our architecture and design team. The role involves developing creative and functional landscape designs, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present conceptual and detailed landscape design proposals.

    • Prepare working drawings, including layout plans, planting plans, and hardscape details.

    • Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery.

    • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and technical specifications for landscape works.

    • Assist in preparing tender documents and reviewing vendor/shop drawings.

    • Conduct site visits to monitor implementation and ensure design quality and intent.

    • Research and select suitable plant materials, landscape finishes, and sustainable design solutions.

    • Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and coordination sessions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.

    • Good understanding of softscape and hardscape design and detailing.

    • Knowledge of plant species, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscape practices.

    • Ability to prepare GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and documentation.

    • Strong visualization and presentation skills.

    • Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

    • Attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape design and project coordination.

• Experience in large-scale residential, institutional, commercial projects and urban development preferred
