  • Revenue Focus: Work towards achieving monthly revenue goals through effective lead conversion and relationship management.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Support lead generation efforts through marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
  • Query Handling: Respond to inbound queries with clarity and professionalism, ensuring candidates receive accurate information about the programs.
  • Candidate Communication: Share detailed job and program information over email prior to interviews, helping candidates arrive well-informed and aligned with the role.
  • Reporting & MIS: Maintain structured records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups to support performance tracking and team coordination.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of training programs.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in selling education or certification programs, particularly in finance or professional training domains, is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to manage high outreach volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.
