AI/ML Engineer Job Requirements

Experience & Hands-on Skills:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant), or autonomous agents.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI-powered workflows.
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and retrieval systems to provide context-aware completions and insights.
• Prior experience fine-tuning models such as OpenAI, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon is preferred.
• Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Solid expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization.
• Experience working with vector databases and embedding models from OpenAI, sentence-transformers, Cohere, or HuggingFace.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, SageMaker), Azure, or GCP.
• Practical experience deploying production-ready AI applications with MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Modeling & AI Architecture:

• Deep proficiency in AI model engineering including training, fine-tuning, optimizing, and quantizing LLMs and other deep learning architectures.
• Model evaluation and monitoring in production environments.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines and multi-agent orchestration systems.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno, or similar for AI agent development.
• Strong understanding of NLP, large language models, and transformer architectures.
• Knowledge of custom model fine-tuning techniques such as RLHF, LoRA, QLoRA, or PEFT.
• Ability to build, optimize, and deploy AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and intelligent decision-making.

Development & Deployment:

• Experience building scalable, production-ready backend systems using microservices and serverless architectures.
• Skilled in RESTful API design, microservices, and backend integration to support AI workloads.
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Google AI (Gemini, Vertex), or similar.
• Familiarity with AI pipeline automation and DevOps automation related to AI deployment workflows.
• Ability to rapidly prototype AI-driven features and collaborate with product teams in an agile startup environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Strong communication skills in English, comfortable collaborating across cultures and time zones.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with agentic AI technologies and frameworks including AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI.
• Exposure to Generative AI models including GANs.
• Understanding of AI ethics, safety, and privacy.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and advanced generative AI techniques.
• Strong expertise in NLP, Generative AI concepts, LangChain, other LLM frameworks, and conversational chatbots.
• Experience with deep learning projects using CNN, GAN, Transformers, Encoder and Decoder algorithms.
• Familiarity and real work experience with LLMs / SLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude.
• Experience with Agentic AI technologies like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like GCP/AWS, including AI application deployments.
• Experience developing web applications using frameworks such as Flask, Django, FastAPI.
• Leveraging expertise in Generative AI, Python, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Statistics.
• Utilizing NLP techniques, LangChain, and LLMs for conversational chatbots and language models.

• Programming: Python (primary), frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers.

Note:
This position requires working onsite from
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
. Candidates must confirm availability for these working hours.
