Your RoleYou'll be one of the lead relationship-builders on the ground, responsible for representing the project and converting qualified leads into confident bookings.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and engage walk-ins, scheduled visits, and HNI leads
Deliver high-conviction project presentations and site walkthroughs
Match client requirements to the right unit mix and floor inventory
Coordinate CRM entries, documentation, and booking formalities
Help buyers visualize the value — and future — of their home at The BellagioWork Saturdays and Sundays — our highest-traffic windows
Candidate ProfileThis role is ideal for an ambitious, licensed real estate professional ready to step into a landmark product with tier-1 positioning in an emerging metro.You bring:3 years of experience in luxury or upper mid-income residential sales
Comfort selling ticket sizes from ₹1 Cr to ₹4 CrConfidence in closing HNI families and NRI buyers
Fluency in English Hindi (Marathi is a plus)Familiarity with CRM tools, pricing models, and site coordination
Preferably licensed through RERA or other regional certification authorities
