  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents.
  • Input financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate, organized records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
  • Help verify timesheets and assist in payroll processing.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and finance-related initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and provide updates on assigned tasks and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • A completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
