Senior Engineer, Software - Power Apps

We're building the future of digital experiences, and we need a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of creativity, problem-solving, and technology. In this role, you'll design, build, and scale cloud-native systems. You'll bring ideas to life from front-end frameworks to back-end services, data stores, and cloud infrastructure.

What You Will Do:

  • Build with impact: Create full stack web solutions—from front end to microservices to cloud infrastructure—that power delightful user experiences.
  • Elevate the team: Mentor engineers, share knowledge, and drive code reviews that strengthen our craft.
  • Think big, move fast: Design data storage solutions, write SQL, and configure infrastructure as code to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Innovate relentlessly: Bring fresh ideas, explore new frameworks, and champion patterns that make systems smarter, faster, and more resilient.
  • Collaborate with purpose: Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to break down features into user stories and deliver with agility.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in full stack development, from modern front-end frameworks to backend APIs and databases.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Power Apps and Azure).
  • Solid understanding of database modeling, SQL, and performance tuning.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one front-end and one backend framework.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code.
  • A growth mindset: always learning, always curious.
