Job Role: Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer C++ (Payments Domain)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office 4 days/week, Monday to Thursday)

Employment Type: Full-time (with Mars Telecom, deployed at client office)

Techgenzi is hiring on behalf of one of our esteemed MNC clients in Hyderabad

Were looking for a highly skilled C++ professional with deep expertise in payment device integrations and hands-on experience in building secure, scalable transaction systems.

Role Overview:

As a Senior / Lead Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining C++ applications for the payments domain. This role requires both technical depth and leadership, guiding teams to deliver high-quality and compliant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and enhancement of C++ applications.
  • Integrate and manage payment devices, SDKs, and transaction systems.
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams for seamless delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in technical problem-solving.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • ~10 years of hands-on experience in C++ software development.
  • Proven expertise in payment devices (POS terminals, card readers, SDKs).
  • Strong knowledge of transaction processing and communication protocols.
  • Excellent debugging, analytical, and collaboration skills.
