About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to oversee our HR operations and people initiatives. The ideal candidate will be strong in employee management, payroll, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Handle payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS), and HR documentation.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Conduct training, performance reviews, and employee engagement programs.
  • Develop and implement HR SOPs and ensure process consistency.
  • Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring.

What We're Looking For:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in pharma or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to our Viluppuram branch.
