We are looking for a CA Qualified Candidate who is willing to take up challenging positions in an organization to learn and deliver the best practices in managing the overall financial management of the company and bringing the process enhancement. 

As a Senior Executive finance Your first job will be to keep the clean balance sheet of the company with help from our financial consultant, besides, you'll give advice, audit accounts and provide trustworthy information about financial records. This might involve financial reporting, taxation, auditing, forensic accounting, corporate finance, business recovery and insolvency, or accounting systems and processes.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure timely payments of all utility bills and other periodic payments, statutory or otherwise.
  2. Prepare SOPs for every activity in the accounting department and keep upgrading the same.
  3. Tactfully handle Vendor registration, vendor payments and vendor performance evaluation.
  4. Thoughtfully plan and set the monthly & yearly budgets for all purchases.
  5. Do a thorough planning of Monthly & Yearly expenses and liabilities.
  6. Responsibly calculate the GST, TDS, PF, ESIC & PT every month well before the deadlines and inform the management in advance to enable a smooth payment.
  7. Highly efficient in Compliance and ethically very strong and straight forward.
  8. Plan and monitor daily accounting operations & daily analysis
  9. Manage the monthly and quarterly financial closure process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries and account balance reconciliations.
  10. Strictly adhere to proper accounting methods, adopt the best policies and principles.

Qualifications

  1. Qualified CA with 0-3 years of experience.
  2. Team Work, Effective Communication, Calculative, Assertive, Decision Making, Empathy, Time Management, Leadership Skills, High Impact on Influencing.
  3. Accounting, return filing and auditing, Taxation, Tax, Bank and Internal Audit, Indirect Tax, TDS, GST, Statutory Audit, Income tax Hearing.
  4. A dynamic personality with enthusiasm and passion to keep abreast with changing laws and regulations.
  5. An ability to interact with regulatory agencies with clarity and precision.
  6. Preparing income tax returns of corporate and individuals
  7. Income tax compliance, planning and advisory
  8. Working knowledge of Domestic Tax and Compliance
  9. Basic knowledge on International tax structuring
  10. Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
